| Pharmacist | Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) obtained from a University established by or under a Central or State Act in India or from an institution recognized as or deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956; OR Diploma in Pharmacy obtained from a University established by or under a Central or State Act in India or from an institution recognized as or deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, with about two years’ experience as a Junior Pharmacist in Government, Government Undertaking or Board, or as a Dispenser in hospitals/dispensaries, or as a Pharmacist or Medical Representative of a pharmaceutical company established under the Companies Act, 2013. Candidates must possess basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification (General) Rules, 1967, and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. |
