Candidates must have completed the ITI course under the Conventional Training Pattern of the Craftsmen Training Scheme and possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) along with NAC as a regular candidate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). |

| Stage 1: Written Test | Selection will be done through a Written Test. Eligible candidates enrolled or registered with the Employment Exchange, Zila Sainik Board, Ex-Apprentices trained at TTC Lucknow & Korwa Divisions of HAL, and Directorate General Resettlement will be called for the Written Test, subject to meeting the notified eligibility criteria. |
| Stage 2: Document Verification | Candidates qualifying in the Written Test will be called for Document Verification in order of merit and must produce documents in support of age, educational qualification, caste/category, experience, and other advertised eligibility conditions. |
| Stage 3: Provisional Offer of Appointment | Candidates found eligible after Document Verification will be issued a Provisional Offer of Appointment. |
| Stage 4: Pre-Employment Medical Examination | Candidates issued a provisional offer must undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Final appointment is subject to being declared medically fit. |
