North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) released notification for the recruitment of 78 Assistant, LDC and other various posts. NERIST is a science- and technology-oriented higher education institute located in Nirjuli, near Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh, India. It is a “deemed-to-be-university,” fully funded by the Government of India (Ministry of Education), and autonomous. | Skilled Worker | Class X pass with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade OR Class XI (Science) pass with at least 2 years experience in the relevant department. For Physics & Chemistry trades: Class X pass with any ITI/NTC. |
| Deputy Registrar | Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognised University/Institute. |
| Sports Officer | Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from a recognised University with at least 3 years' experience in conducting sports events. |
| Nurse | 10+2 with Science and 3-year General Nursing & Midwifery course with at least 55% marks; Registered A-grade Nurse; Minimum 3 years relevant hospital experience. |
| Laboratory / Technical Assistant | Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in Engineering or equivalent with 55% marks and 2 years experience OR 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Applied Science with 55% marks and 3 years experience. |
| Computer Programmer | Degree in Computer Science Engineering with 3 years experience. |
| Upper Division Clerk (UDC) / Caretaker | Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of computer application and typing as per DoPT norms. |
| Stenographer-III | Graduate with stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m., along with knowledge of computer application. |
| Technician | Class X pass with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade and 2 years experience. |
| Sorter | Higher Secondary (12th Std.) or equivalent from a recognised board. |
