VP Wealth (SRM)Mandatory: Graduation from a Government recognised University/Institution. Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from a recognised University/Institution; certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA. Experience: Mandatory – 3 years in sales & marketing with Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Wealth Management Firms/AMCs/SBI Wealth; preferred – minimum 3 years as Relationship Manager or similar role in Wealth Management.
AVP Wealth (RM)Mandatory: Graduation from a Government recognised University/Institution. Preferred: Post-graduation in Finance/Marketing/Banking and certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA. Experience: Preferred experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communication skills.
Customer Relationship ExecutiveGraduation from a Government recognised University/Institution. Experience: Preferred experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communication skills.

Selection Procedure
Stage 1: ShortlistingCandidates are shortlisted based on parameters decided by the Bank. Fulfilling minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call. The Bank’s decision on shortlisting is final.
Stage 2: InterviewInterview carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal/Telephonic/Video Interview.
Stage 3: CTC NegotiationCTC negotiation will be conducted individually during the interview or after completion of the interview process.
Stage 4: Merit List PreparationFinal merit list is prepared in descending order of interview scores only. In case of tie (same score), candidates are ranked by age in descending order.
