HPCL Graduate Apprentice (Engineering) Recruitment 2026
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has released the notification for engagement of Graduate Apprentice Trainees (Engineering) for the year 2026–27 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. HPCL proposes to engage Engineering Graduates in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines across various locations in India. The online application process starts from 16 February 2026 and the last date to apply is 2 March 2026.

| Year of Passing | Candidates must have completed Engineering Graduation on or after 01 April 2023. Candidates who completed graduation before 01 April 2023 are not eligible. |
| Age Limit | Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 02-03-2026. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. |
| Other Conditions | Candidates must be registered and approved on NATS 2.0 portal by BOAT. Candidates with one year or more work experience or prior apprenticeship are not eligible. |
