HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 for Engineering Graduates
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, has released the notification for engagement of Graduate Apprentice Trainees (Engineering) under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2026-27. Online applications are invited from eligible Engineering Graduates in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines for apprenticeship training at various HPCL Marketing Division locations across India. Interested candidates can submit their online applications through the HPCL Apprentice Portal within the prescribed dates.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has invited online applications from Engineering Graduates for engagement as Graduate Apprentice Trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2026-27. Candidates possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with the prescribed percentage of marks and fulfilling the eligibility conditions can apply online.

HPCL Marketing Division has announced 306 Graduate Apprentice training slots across various States and Union Territories in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering disciplines.

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying Engineering Degree. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and final engagement under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
