Eligibility / Education Qualification
Assistant Editor (Supreme Court Reports)Degree in Law from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India OR Member of the English Bar OR Attorney of a High Court in India. Minimum 3 years experience as Advocate/Judicial Officer/Law Researcher/Law Reporter/Law Lecturer OR 7 years service with at least 4 years in Class-II Gazetted post in Supreme Court/High Court. Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory.
Assistant Director (Supreme Court Museum)Master’s Degree in Museology (First Class) from a recognized University. Knowledge of Indian antiquities, museum techniques, publications, educational activities and computer operation. Minimum 5 years research experience with published work in a Museum or comparable institution.
Senior Court Assistant (Supreme Court Museum)Master’s Degree in Museology with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University. Knowledge of computer operation. Minimum 2 years research experience in Museology OR 2 years working experience as Assistant Curator or above in a Museum.
Assistant LibrarianDegree in Library Science from a recognized University, Diploma in Computer Application / Library Automation course, and knowledge of computer operation in library work including cataloguing, acquisition, circulation and database search. Minimum 2 years experience in a recognized University Library/Law Library.
Exam Pattern
Assistant EditorWritten Test (Part A: Precis Writing & Editorial Skill – 100 marks, 2 hours; Part B: Law & Constitution – 100 marks, 2 hours) followed by Interview (25 marks).
Assistant DirectorWritten Test (Objective + Subjective, 100 marks, 3 hours), Computer Test (Qualifying), Interview (25 marks).
Senior Court AssistantWritten Test (Objective + Subjective, 100 marks, 3 hours), Computer Test (Qualifying), Interview (25 marks).
Assistant LibrarianWritten Test (100 marks, 3 hours), Computer Test (100 marks, 1 hour), Interview (25 marks).

Selection Procedure
Written ExaminationCandidates must qualify the written examination with prescribed minimum qualifying marks.
Computer TestApplicable for Assistant Director, Senior Court Assistant and Assistant Librarian posts. Qualifying in nature.
InterviewCandidates qualifying the written and computer tests will be called for interview in prescribed ratios.
Final MeritFinal selection will be based on combined performance and verification of eligibility documents.
