United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) is one of India’s leading public sector general insurance companies. It is owned by the Government of India and operates under the Ministry of Finance. The company plays a major role in providing financial protection through various general insurance products across the country. | Educational Qualification | Candidates should have passed Under Graduation (Regular – Full Time) in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by AICTE/DOTE/UGC. Candidates should have appeared for the examination, passed and received the degree certificate in any of the years from July 2021 to 2025. |

| Apprenticeship Experience Restriction | Candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training earlier with United India Insurance Company Ltd or any other organization, nor should they be currently undergoing Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act 1961, or have been terminated during such training. |

| Shortlisting Authority | Board of Apprenticeship Training (Southern Region) will shortlist candidates based on online application data. |
| Shortlisting Criteria | Shortlisting will be done based on the percentage of marks (up to two decimal places) obtained in the qualifying Graduate Degree Examination, subject to meeting all eligibility conditions. |
| CGPA / OGPA Conversion | If the qualifying result is declared in CGPA/OGPA/GPA, it will be converted to percentage by multiplying the obtained grade by 10, and the converted percentage must be entered in the application form. |
| Tie-Breaking Rule | If two or more candidates secure the same percentage, merit order will be decided based on Date of Birth, with the older candidate placed higher. |
| Intimation to Candidates | Shortlisted candidates will be informed only through their registered Email IDs. |
| Document Verification | Shortlisted candidates must appear in person for document verification at designated UIIC offices. Details will be communicated later. |
