| Shortlisting through GATE 2025 | NALCO will utilize GATE 2025 marks for recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). Only GATE 2025 score is valid for this recruitment and candidates must have qualified in the relevant GATE paper. |
| Interview Shortlisting Ratio | Based on GATE 2025 marks and organizational requirements, candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:10 discipline-wise and category-wise. If multiple candidates have the same cutoff marks, all such candidates will be included even if the ratio exceeds 1:10. |
| Personal Interview | Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview. Details regarding schedule and venue will be notified separately. |
| Final Selection | Final merit list will be prepared based on weighted scores of GATE 2025 marks (90%) and Personal Interview (10%). |
| Document Verification | Selected candidates must produce original certificates and documents for verification at the time of interview/joining. |
| Pay Scale During Training | ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 (for 1-year training period) |
