NMDC Steel Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 Notification for 102 Posts
NMDC Steel Limited (NSL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, has released Employment Notification No. 05/2026 for recruitment of Executive Trainees in various engineering and non-engineering disciplines. A total of 102 vacancies have been announced for Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Computer & Information Technology, Electrical, Finance, Human Resources, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Metallurgy disciplines. Eligible candidates can submit online applications through the official NSL Careers portal from 22 July 2026 to 11 August 2026. Selection will be based on a Computer Based Test followed by Group Discussion and Interview. Selected candidates will initially undergo six months of training before being appointed as Assistant Managers with attractive salary and benefits.

NMDC Steel Limited has released Employment Notification No. 05/2026 inviting online applications for 102 Executive Trainee vacancies in Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Computer & Information Technology, Electrical, Finance, Human Resources, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Metallurgy disciplines for its integrated steel plant at Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh.

Candidates will first appear for a Computer Based Test consisting of objective type multiple-choice questions. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Interview in the ratio prescribed by NMDC Steel Limited. Final selection will be based on combined performance in CBT, GD and Interview along with successful document verification and medical examination.

Executive Trainees will receive Basic Pay of Rs.50,000 per month along with IDA during six months of training. After successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Managers in the pay scale of Rs.60,000-1,80,000 with Dearness Allowance, PF, Gratuity, PRP, Cafeteria Perquisites and other admissible benefits.
