Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification for the respective post from a recognized university/institution. Qualifications include MBA/PGDBM/PGDM for Assistant Manager, B.Com for Assistant Accounts Officer, B.Com for Accountant, B.Sc. in Agriculture for Quality Controller, and graduation with computer typing proficiency for Lower Divisional Clerk. The minimum age is 21 years as on 01 January 2026. The maximum age is 37 years for General category, 40 years for BC/EBC and General category women, 40 years for General women, 42 years for SC/ST candidates, and 10 years' additional relaxation for PwD candidates.

Assistant Manager and Assistant Accounts Officer posts carry a pay scale of ₹9,300–₹34,800 with Grade Pay ₹4,600 (Level-7). Accountant and Quality Controller posts carry ₹5,200–₹20,200 with Grade Pay ₹2,400 (Level-4). Lower Divisional Clerk carries ₹5,200–₹20,200 with Grade Pay ₹1,900 (Level-2).

The examination/counselling fee is ₹1,200 for General/EWS/BC/EBC male and female candidates as applicable under the notification, while SC/ST candidates, women candidates of the prescribed reserved categories and candidates applying under the Disabled Quota are required to pay ₹600, according to the fee provisions in the notification.
