Educational QualificationCandidates must possess the diploma / degree / certificate or higher qualification prescribed under the relevant departmental recruitment rules for the applied post. The minimum qualification varies according to the post and department.

Probation Period PayDuring the first year, 70% of the minimum of the applicable pay scale is payable as stipend; during the second year 80%; and during the third year 90%.
