Wealth ExecutiveGraduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution AND any one valid certification from IC 38 issued by Insurance Institute of India, NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination, NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification Examination, or NISM Series V-D: Mutual Fund – Specialised Investment Fund Distributors Certification Examination. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales of Wealth Products with leading Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities Firms, Asset Management Companies or Wealth Management Companies in India. Preferred qualification includes a 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA in Finance/Marketing/Banking. Age: 22–32 years as on 01 September 2026.
Credit Analyst – C&ICGraduation in any discipline AND Chartered Accountant qualification. Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Corporate Credit will be preferred. Age: 21–33 years as on 01 September 2026.

For Wealth Executive, candidates must have Graduation in any discipline along with any one valid certification from IC 38, NISM Series V-A, NISM Series XXI-A or NISM Series V-D. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with leading Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities Firms, Asset Management Companies or Wealth Management Companies in India is mandatory. For Credit Analyst – C&IC, candidates must have Graduation in any discipline along with Chartered Accountant qualification and a minimum of 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. The age limit is 22–32 years for Wealth Executive and 21–33 years for Credit Analyst as on 01 September 2026.

Stage 1Application scrutiny and preliminary shortlisting may be carried out based on eligibility, qualifications, relevant work experience, domain expertise, skill set, suitability and other criteria determined by the Bank.
Stage 2If conducted, an online written test may be held consisting of English Language, Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude, General/Economic & Banking Awareness and Professional Knowledge related to the position.
Stage 3Psychometric Test and/or Personal Interview may be conducted to assess personality, communication, problem-solving ability, efficiency, suitability for the post and willingness to work anywhere in India.
Stage 4The Bank may conduct multiple rounds of interviews, descriptive tests, case studies or any other selection/shortlisting methodology at its discretion.
Final SelectionCandidates must qualify all applicable stages and secure sufficiently high merit for final selection/allotment. Merely satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for interview or selection.

The selection process may comprise application scrutiny, online test, psychometric test or any other suitable test followed by Personal Interview and/or multiple rounds of interviews. Shortlisting may be based on online test or psychometric test performance, qualifications, relevant work experience, domain expertise, skill set and suitability. Wealth Executive is placed in JMG/S-I with a basic pay scale of ₹48,480–₹85,920. Credit Analyst – C&IC is placed in MMG/S-II with a basic pay scale of ₹64,820–₹93,960. In addition to basic pay, selected candidates are entitled to applicable allowances, benefits, perquisites and other facilities as per Bank of Baroda policies and industry-level banking-sector provisions.
